Notification preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications about new messages and events.

Web notifications

Desktop alerts

When a new message arrives:

  • A browser notification pops up (if permitted)
  • A sound plays (configurable)
  • The tab title flashes with unread count

Enabling browser notifications

  1. Click the notification bell icon in the app
  2. Your browser will ask for permission
  3. Click "Allow"

Sound settings

Go to Profile → Preferences:

  • New message sound — Toggle on/off
  • Sound type — Choose from available tones

Mobile push notifications

On the AIsoule mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Configure:
    • Push notifications — On/Off
    • Sound — On/Off
    • Vibration — On/Off

What triggers push notifications

  • New incoming message (when you're not in the app)
  • Agent transfer assigned to you
  • Campaign completed

Email notifications

Currently, email notifications are sent for:

  • Welcome email (on account creation)
  • Password reset requests
  • Campaign completion summaries (if enabled)

Tips

  1. Enable push on mobile — Never miss a customer message
  2. Mute during off-hours — Use your phone's Do Not Disturb
  3. Set availability — Toggle "Away" to stop receiving assignment notifications
  4. Check browser permissions — If desktop notifications aren't working, check browser settings
