Understanding the AIsoule dashboard
After logging in, here's what you'll see and how to navigate the platform.
Main navigation
The left sidebar contains all main sections:
| Icon | Section | What it does |

| 💬 | Chat | Shared team inbox — all conversations |
| 📊 | Dashboard | Analytics overview with customizable widgets |
| 👥 | Contacts | Contact management, segments, import/export |
| 📢 | Campaigns | Broadcast campaigns — create, send, track |
| 📋 | Templates | WhatsApp message templates |
| 🤖 | Chatbot | Flow builder, keywords, AI settings |
| ⚙️ | Settings | Accounts, users, teams, roles, webhooks |
Dashboard widgets
The dashboard shows key metrics at a glance:
- Messages sent/received — Today, this week, this month
- Active conversations — Currently open chats
- Campaign performance — Recent campaign stats
- Agent activity — Team response times
You can customize widgets by clicking the "Customize" button.
Organization switcher
If you belong to multiple organizations, click your organization name in the top-left to switch between them.
Profile & settings
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to access:
- Profile settings (name, email, password)
- Availability toggle (online/away)
- Theme (dark/light mode)
- Language preferences
- Logout
Keyboard shortcuts
Ctrl/Cmd + K— Quick searchCtrl/Cmd + N— New conversation/— Open canned responses (in chat input)
Mobile access
AIsoule is available on mobile:
- iOS — Download from App Store
- Android — Download from Google Play
The mobile app includes chat, contacts, campaigns, and settings.
