Switching between organizations

If you manage multiple businesses or brands, you can switch between them without logging out.

When you'd have multiple organizations

• You manage multiple brands/businesses
• You're an agency handling multiple clients
• You have separate test and production environments

How to switch

On web

1. Click your organization name in the top-left corner (or sidebar)
2. A dropdown shows all organizations you belong to
3. Click the one you want to switch to
4. The app reloads with that organization's data

On mobile

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap your organization name at the top
3. Select a different organization

What changes when you switch

• Contacts, conversations, campaigns — all organization-specific
• Templates, accounts, settings — separate per organization
• Your personal profile (name, email, password) stays the same

Tips

1. Name organizations clearly — "Acme Corp - Production" vs "Acme Corp - Test"
2. Check before sending — Make sure you're in the right org before sending campaigns
3. Separate test data — Use a different org for testing so you don't mix with real customers
