Setting up your business profile

Your business profile is the first thing customers see. Make it professional and informative.

What to set up

1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Accounts → Your Account → Profile
2. Fill in all fields:
   • Display Name — Your business name (requires Meta approval if changing)
   • About — Short tagline (139 chars max) e.g., "Order on WhatsApp 🛒"
   • Profile Photo — Your logo (square, min 192x192px)
   • Description — What your business does
   • Address — Physical location
   • Email — Business contact email
   • Website — Your website URL

Tips

• Use a clear, recognizable logo as your profile photo
• Keep the "About" field actionable and concise
• Include your website for credibility
• Update seasonally for promotions
