Important notes

  • Media can only be sent within the 24-hour window (unless using a template with media header)
  • Files are uploaded to AIsoule's servers and delivered via WhatsApp's CDN
  • WhatsApp compresses images automatically — send high-resolution originals for best quality
  • Video thumbnails are generated automatically

Troubleshooting

"File too large" — Compress the file or use a lower resolution. Videos can be compressed with tools like HandBrake.

"Unsupported format" — Convert to a supported format. For images, use JPEG or PNG. For videos, use MP4.

"Upload failed" — Check your internet connection and try again. If persistent, try a smaller file.
