Voice call interactive buttons

Send messages with a "Call" button that lets customers initiate a WhatsApp voice call to your business.

Prerequisites

  • WhatsApp Business Calling must be enabled on your account
  • Your number must be enrolled in Meta's Calling program

How it works

  1. You send an interactive message with a call-to-action button
  2. Customer taps the "Call" button
  3. A WhatsApp voice call is initiated to your business number
  4. Your agent receives the incoming call in AIsoule

Sending via canned responses

Create a canned response with a call button:

  1. Go to Settings → Canned Responses
  2. Create a response with button type "Call"
  3. Use in conversations when you want to offer a call option

Use cases

  • "Would you like to discuss this over a call?" 📞 Call Us
  • After complex support issues that need verbal explanation
  • Sales conversations where a call can close the deal

Tips

  1. Only offer when appropriate — Not every conversation needs a call
  2. Set expectations — "Our team is available 9 AM - 6 PM"
  3. Have agents ready — Don't offer calls when no one can answer
