Uploading header media for campaigns

If your template has an image, video, or document header, you need to upload the media before sending.

When media is needed

Templates with these header types require media upload:

• IMAGE — JPEG or PNG, max 5MB
• VIDEO — MP4, max 16MB
• DOCUMENT — PDF, max 100MB

Templates with TEXT or NONE headers don't need media.

How to upload

1. In your campaign, after selecting a template with a media header
2. You'll see a "Upload Header Media" section
3. Click "Choose File"
4. Select your image/video/document
5. The file uploads and a preview appears

Tips

1. Prepare media in advance — Have your campaign image ready before creating the campaign
2. Use high-quality images — 1200x628px works well for headers
3. Keep videos short — Under 30 seconds for best engagement
4. Test with one recipient — Verify the media looks good before sending to all
5. Compress large files — Use tools like TinyPNG for images or HandBrake for videos
