Scheduling campaigns for later
Send campaigns at the optimal time by scheduling them in advance.
How to schedule
- Create your campaign (name, template, recipients)
- Instead of clicking "Start Now", look for the Schedule option
- Set:
- Date — When to send
- Time — What time to start sending
- Click "Schedule Campaign"
The campaign status changes to "Scheduled" and will automatically start at the specified time.
Timezone
Campaigns are scheduled in your organization's timezone (set during account creation). All scheduled times use this timezone.
Editing a scheduled campaign
Before the scheduled time:
- Open the campaign
- You can change:
- Recipients (add/remove)
- Schedule time
- Template (if still in draft)
- Save changes
Cancelling a scheduled campaign
- Open the scheduled campaign
- Click "Cancel"
- The campaign won't send
Best times to send
| Audience | Best time | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| B2B (businesses) | 10 AM - 12 PM, Tue-Thu | Weekends, after 6 PM |
| B2C (consumers) | 10 AM - 1 PM, 4 PM - 7 PM | Before 8 AM, after 9 PM |
| E-commerce | 11 AM - 2 PM, weekends | Late night |
Tips
- Schedule 1-2 days ahead — Gives time to review before sending
- Avoid holidays — Check for public holidays in your target region
- Test first — Send to a small group immediately, then schedule the rest
- Stagger large campaigns — If sending to 10,000+, split across multiple days
- Check timezone — Make sure the time is correct for your recipients' location
