Performance Marketing Manager

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization • Knowledge of marketing attribution and funnel analysis • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) • Manage monthly marketing budgets and optimize spend allocation • Create compelling ad copy and creative briefs • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights • Identify new growth channels and opportunities
